食品機械是指把食品原料加工成食品(或半成品)過程中所應(yīng)用的機械設(shè)備和裝置。食品機械主要可以分為食品加工機械、包裝設(shè)備兩大類

食品加工機械
包括篩選與清洗機械、粉碎與切割機械、攪拌均勻與均質(zhì)機械、成型機械、分離機械、 蒸發(fā)與濃縮機械、干燥機械、烘烤機械、冷凍機械、擠壓膨化機械、輸送機械等。
包裝機械
包括包裝設(shè)備、包裝印刷機械、包裝容器制造機械、包裝材料加工機械等。

我國現(xiàn)階段食品加工機械不斷升級進化，實現(xiàn)了全自動化控制系統(tǒng)，如烘烤機械，通過PLC控制電磁閥中燃?xì)膺M氣，來控制烘烤的溫度和時間；如啤酒制造過程中，通過PLC或者DCS來控制電動調(diào)節(jié)閥流量大小來控制原料的流量和水的配比，實現(xiàn)了部分自動化控制需求。

At present, China's food processing machinery has been continuously upgraded and evolved to realize a fully automated control system, such as baking machinery, which controls the temperature and time of baking by controlling the gas intake in the solenoid valve; for example, in the beer manufacturing process, through PLC or The DCS controls the flow rate of the electric regulating valve to control the flow rate of the raw material and the water ratio, and realizes some automation control requirements.
